    149Ideas generated. Every one of them has started.

    Phase 1 is having the idea and mapping what it would take to build. That has happened 149 times, so all 149 have started, and they are ours. The parts mostly aren't: they're 101 capabilities we checked and verified, largely other people's work. What's ours is the combining.

    From there each one gets built until it proves it can't be, or until nobody wants it. Those are the only two ways anything here gets killed. So far, nothing has.

      A working thing settles more arguments than a deck ever will. So the first thing we make is the thing.

      Speed isn't the point. It's what lets an idea prove itself before it gets expensive.

      Phase 1 is having the idea. After that, everything is built until it proves it can't be, or until nobody wants it. Those are the only two ways anything here dies, and the record keeps the reason.
